Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you need cancell your order, please contact us before the parcel shipped. Please understand it can no longer be cancelled once the packaging and shipping process has started.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

Return Shipping Costs

Defective Products: A prepaid return label will be provided at no cost.

Non-Defective Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.
Return Resolution & Refunds

Defective Products: We will prioritize repair or replacement. If not possible, a free replacement will be issued.

Non-Defective Products: A full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed after inspecting the returned item.

Exchanges: Return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will begin processing within 7 business days of return approval. Please allow an additional 10+
business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Contact us if there are delays beyond this timeframe.
Order Cancellations
If an order is canceled or unavailable, a full refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method.
